How we work
Healthcare technology is unforgiving. Bad data sync breaks care coordination. A missed drug interaction is a patient safety issue. A compliance gap is a HIPAA liability. We take that seriously — not as a box to check, but as the actual design constraint.
We build on open standards (FHIR R4, HL7v2) because vendor lock-in hurts the people we're trying to help. We architect for fault isolation because one failing vendor shouldn't cascade into a practice-wide outage. We treat HIPAA compliance as a foundation, not an afterthought.
We're remote, asynchronous by default, and we communicate in writing. We don't move fast and break things — we move thoughtfully and build things that hold up.
